when are you going into full production? looking for biz partner?

@Sweet: It's a POV (Persistence of Vision) device. There's tons of them already on the market in different forms (everything from wands to fans that paint moving images with LEDs) and there's plenty of DIY stuff online like bicycle spokes that display pattens while you ride.
