The Belchertown State School was an institution for the mentally deficient, first established in 1922. It has a very controversial history due to its poor treatment of patients and many reports of physical and sexual abuse of the people in their care. It was finally closed in 1992 once it became the target of a series of lawsuits.

I bet if you go there in the middle of a quiet night, you can hear the ghostly screams of past patients.
...and you know, that someone, somewhere has some pictures and home movie footage of some of the shit that happened there. Will it ever be seen again??????
