The people that are refusing to cooperate with the builders will be joining their dead family members soon and their bodies will not be buried - they will be made into meat flavored rice soup and fed to the starving people in the city.

In Taiyun, Shanxi Province, China, builders have decided to erect a house on the site of an old cemetery. The graves have been removed and the families compensated for this disruption however, there is one family who disagrees with the decision to build a house on a grave site and have refused to move the grave. Negotiations are still in process and the developers are willing to pay as much as $ 160 000 in compensation in order to build on the land.
