Yep, these are the high priced Mail Order Brides (MOB). They'll cost you anywhere form $50,000 - $100,000 (US) to even get them into the USA. The 'regular' MOB's (the kind you'd find at Sears or Wal-Mart if they were in the MOB business) will look more like Nicholas Cage, have a dick, and have more hair on their back than your average Rottweiler.

I seriously doubt you'd end up with the one in the picture you picked. You'd get the economy version as they're out of stock of the one you want; the same one that's available in every trailer park and speaks American.
