The world's tallest teen, Elisany da Cruz Silva, 17, measures an unbelievable 6ft 8in tall. She suffers from a form of gigantism, as a result of a tumor on her pituitary gland which regulates growth, doctors have since removed the tumor. She lives a somewhat normal life, with several day-to-day struggles but regardless of the hardship, she is in the pursuit of a modeling career. She obviously has to bend down to plant a kiss on her 5ft 4in lover Francinaldo da Silva Carvalho, 22.
