With a diet of junk food and alcohol, Nadina Knight weighed in at a hefty 220 pounds (100 kg) at the age of 16.
But after seeing pictures of herself on Facebook at her heaviest, Nadina began googling tips on the internet that promoted healthy, sustainable slimming and is now the trim beauty queen we see here. She dropped four dress sizes.
Nadina is 24 now. She is Miss Northampton and pursuing a singing career as well as working with Miss England.
