He should have pissed in the bottle and then squirted it on the car. That way he could make the idiot driver think it was just water. And he could even squirt some of it on the driver, too!

Or they could have called the proper authorities and have the fucker towed.

What about showing this video to the authorities? He was clearly parking at a place he shouldn't and kept pushing the other guy. I would charge him for harassment or something.
