If he had, he would not have forced upon her a dangerous eating disorder just so she would fit his shallow idea of physical beauty.
I saw a documentary about her, actually SHE is the one wanting to get the fattest woman in the world and she says she's really happy that her man helps her. She explained how she tried, younger, to lose weight but that didn't work she always felt fat so she gave up. She gained a lot of weight and at that time she discovered that she had never felt better before so she decided to win a world record and eat as much as she can. I trust more the words she said than the words a stranger wrote about her. Her man is not a dick.
Now I understand, they have written she wants to reach 200kg. She wouldnt do it for hersel for sure. so this selfish asshole is making her do that. hope they will be together forever and not gonna leave her all fat.
