Said it before, and still saying it.. The first couple of games from most of these series are better than the new ones. Why? Take for example Tomb Raider. Look at the name: Tomb.. and raider.. how much tombs are you raiding in the 2013 version? It's five minutes and you pop back out. Where are the 30 min puzzles?
Gta.. The best thing in GTA 2 were the gangfights. Each area was totally different from the other area's, Like the Z-gang and the Hare Krishna's. Now it's still fun, but it has just become an drive-by shooting game for teenagers where there is no dept or any distinction between gangs.
Games are just becoming more eye candy for the graphic whores than anything else.
