Dave Stewart was a 31 year old tattooist working in North Lanarkshire. 17 year old Siobhan Fields decided to use Dave when she saw work of his on Facebook but was miserable when the final design looked more like a blow up doll. He was fined $480 (£300) for his bad work but it will take Siobhan many painful and expensive sessions to remove the ugly tattoo.
