no one is, actually. But it's, say, Russia to be ever blamed for the evil KGB, not the US with all their gross bloody failures like Waco Siege, not the US with its all-mighty Homeland Security Dept.

Actually, I think that it's great that we don't mandate leave days like other countries. That's called "freedom." Likewise for "inequality" and creating wealthy people (which are not created at the expense of anyone.) That's opportunity. Some use it. Others gripe about it.
