#51 & #52, Rita Wilson guest starred on Bosom Buddies in 1980 or 81, so they at least knew each other before 1985.

Basically, you can say that people have been together "for years" if they at least spent two years together. I think it was a bit too early to put half of these couples into this list

The secret to these Hollywood marriages- sleep with anyone you want, but don't get caught. Gavin Rossdale is one who did get caught. He's not only got a kid from that dalliance, but also he fucked a dude.
With Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, it was a 'complicated' start. He was married in 1982 when the couple began seeing each other, then Trudie got pregnant. Sting divorced his first wife, and the couple lived together for years before marrying in 1992. They have four kids.
