Cool Act of Fair Play during Soccer Game

First time I see this kind of sportsmanship in a soccer game. Striker stops to tie opposing goalkeeper's shoelaces for him.

Think he held the ball too long. It used to be three steps with ball in hand, but it was changed to 15 sec. or something, to prevent stalling the game.
