I agree with Nextna - these photos should have never been put on the Internet. That money is probably drug money or from some other illegal activity and probably from several years ago since that is older currency. Most people, especially criminals, aren't going to just walk away from 100k (my guess as to the amount). They're going to track down the current vehicle owner and want their cash back.
