Sometimes fake supercars are not worse than the originals. To a certain extent, this applies to 48-year-old amateur mechanic Jacek Mazur who went after his dream car. He realized he would never be able to save enough money; so instead, he made his very own McLaren F1.

It took him eight years and $33 000. Compared to the cost of the genuine car, it’s really mere pennies. Jacek says his car turned out quite a decent with a top speed of 322 km/h and gaining its first 0 - 100km/h time in just 6 seconds. The engine is from Audi and the brakes and other details are form Mercedes.

It’s only a fake supercar but it sure looks good. He has also created a replica Lamborghini and Porsche.
