#3 and #13 - The funny thing is that you can pick up that much (real) gold leaf at the art store for about $10.

A bottle of Goldschlager liquor full of gold leaf flakes costs $25. A couple of shots of that stuff has the same effect as the pills in #3. One ounce of gold makes a sheet of gold leaf the size of a football field. It doesn't cost much for enough gold leaf to make any of those products.
