i'd enjoy it if someone could research the history of their property... perhaps discover the likely former owner and their story.

When I was doing the digging for my house, the only thing I found was some 30 years old newspaper. I also hit the gas pipe and had to pay for repair.

They said they were walking on a path - I'm sure the owner of that property will be filing a lawsuit very soon. It's stupid to publicize something like this. If you find a fortune, quietly sell it, take the money and move so that dear old cousin Ned or aunty Joyce don't start calling with their tales of woe...
