Homeless people have created tiny living pods under the upper deck, which is below the traffic but above the subway and bike lanes. An Asian man was spotted climbing a chain-link fence to access the space which is only 10 x 1.5 feet big. Rent in the areas would cost anywhere from $2900 or more.
