MINNESOTA: The Jucy Lucy (or Juicy Lucy, depending on where you order it), a burger that's stuffed with cheese that oozes out at the first bite, is Minneapolis' best burger. Two establishments — 5-8 Club and Matt's Bar — both claim to have invented it and both are great burgers, but we'll have to go with Matt's on this one.
