A single mom and her family on benefits learned they were getting a new council house so they threw a giant party, which left the house in a complete state. The 69 year old landlord, Sean Feeney, spent $8500 fixing the house before the family moved in and now faces having to spend another $3400 to fix it up after the state it was left in.
