These is probably the reason why china wanted to expand their ownership to the entire south china sea because they have already exhausted their resources in their sea boundary.
Two full days of rain meant that this reservoir was full to overflowing. When they opened the floodgates, locals quickly saw that many fish were being released and ran to fetch nets and bowls to catch them.
