looks like a lot of these have to do with product names that changed in countries outside the USA.
for example, snickers was apparently called marathon in the UK up til 1990. but in the states it was always sold as snickers, going back to 1930.

Brad's Drink became Pepsi-Cola in 1898. I think you're off by about 60 years or so.
