When Zach Zeiler was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at the age of 15, he lost a lot of weight, eventually reaching only 100 lbs (45 kg) at the age of 20. He started bodybuilding for 2 hours a day at this stage and is now almost unrecognizable as his former self.
