A side note to #17 ; During WW2 Ian Fleming was an officer in the British force and had command over a second lieutenant (sadly I don't remember his name) that was sent to Norway to prepare for the British attack and battle in Narvik. Thanks to this second lieutenants cleverness and by the help of 1000 local fishermen and their boats he managed to sneak the British soldiers undetected from the British troop ships and past the Nazi patrol boats in to shore so they could start the attack on the Nazi troops that held Narvik.
Ian Fleming later made the character James Bond inspired by, and based on this second lieutenant actions before and in the battle of Narvik.

The story of this second lieutenant was collected from the surviving fishermen and citizens of Narvik and told in the book '1000 glemte menn' (1000 forgotten men (can't say for sure if it's the correct english title)) written by Ivar Enoksen.

Sadly, the Norwegian government have never acknowledged the effort
of these fishermen who willingly gave their lives to help British forces to land, so if Ivar Enoksen hadn't collected the stories, they would have remained unknown..
