28 year old Joelison Fernandes da Silva is 7ft 8in (2.2 m) tall and is Brazil’s tallest man. His wife, 21-year-old Evem Medeiros is only 5ft (1.5 m) tall, which makes her super tiny compared to her giant husband. Despite the massive difference in size, the couple are happily married and trying to have a baby.
