Ronnie Bower was told he wouldn’t live to see past the age of 35 years as a result of being shockingly overweight at 675 lbs (306 kgs). He started doing excercises around the house while listening to Taylor Swift’s music and this spurred him along until he was healthy enough to join the gym.
