When you mix smoked pork shoulder into the patty with brisket and short rib and cap it with the requisite American, tomato, lettuce, and, of course, house-made bacon, and then add a special sauce, you could re-sell fast-food tacos on your menu and there wouldn’t be anything to complain about.
