Start with:
-1 pound of ground beef
-1/2 cup of bread crumbs
-1 egg
-BBQ sauce
-1/2 cup of milk
-1/2 teaspoonsalt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoongarlic power
-2 yellow onions
-1 bell pepper
-1 package of bacon
Dice the bell pepper and cut the onions in half.
Peel off the outer edible layer of the onions.
Chop up some of the remaining onions and save the rest for another day.
Fry in olive oil until soft.
Mix the ground beef, milk, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add about 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce.
Mix in the onions and green pepper.
Roll the meaty mixture into 4 balls and wrap then with the onion layers.
Wrap 2 or 3 pieces of bacon around each ball.
Bake in a pan or baking dish at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Add more BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle some chives.
