"According to science"? Where's the altitude at what the eggs were cooked? What temperature did they have when they started?

Oh my GOD ! 15 minutes? For what kind of egg? Ostrich? Or mutant hen?
6-7 is way enough.

According to science 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time to boil an egg. The egg and the yoke have two very different consistencies and 15 minutes gives them both just the right amount of time to cook.
