About 16 sec. the cop makes the wheelie sign (arm and fist up and down). Then when the biker makes the wheelie, he then wants to pull over the bike. That is why he is acting confused, like first you want me to make a wheelie and then pull me over. That isn't nice of the cop. Also the biker flipping him the finger isn't nice either, what is totally out of place is that he makes the road a race track and that is not oke in my mind. But the cop is the arsehole here in my mind at first, after that the biker.
