10-year-old Toxey Andrew was celebrating his birthday alone with his grandpa as his class didn’t show up. After his mother, Angela, wrote about this sad even on her Facebook page, a group of State Troopers saw it and decided to not leave Toxey hanging. So they showed up to his door with presents and everything, including a police K9. Then they snaped some photos with Toxey and put them on their Facebook. Kudos to the Troopers!
