Serhiy Tkach - Former police investigator Serhiy Tkach knew how to cover up his tracks . . . or so he thought. The Russian-born Ukrainian police investigator supposedly claimed the lives of one hundred females between the ages of eight and eighteen, strangling them and then performing sex acts on their bodies. In his trial he demanded the death penalty, however, the court thought he should have to sit with his guilt, convicting him of 36 of the murders and sentencing him to life behind bars.
