A guy stumbled upon an old Hendey lathe at a local junkyard. He decided to buy and restore it. The lathe is in bad shape but he counts to tune all of the working parts and make it a functional again. He will probably have to fabricate some parts himself as there are no longer any repair parts left for this machine. It was initially owned by the Hallidie Machinery Company, Seattle, Washington. The guy paid $300 for this and will have to pay even more money before it is completely restored as well as his good will and a lot of effort. Hope he makes it.
