Doug and Sally Beitz from Australia were owners of a tropical island in the middle of the sea near Papua New Guinea. After 20 years of running Kosrae Nautilus Resort, they decided to sell it. But they didn’t want just to sell it to some millionaire. They wanted a regular man to own it. So they decided to hold an online raffle. All people had to do is to buy a $65 ticket to participate.
