Cersei left Septa Unella in zombie Mountain's undead hands in the finale. It's not exactly clear what he did to her, but her screams can only make us assume it was pretty awful.

Actress Lena Headey teased to Entertainment Weekly that the scene was originally much worse. We asked finale director Miguel Sapochnik what the original plan was for Unella. While he didn't have a concrete answer, he gave us the following tease:

"I think the point was to leave it to our imagination as to what exactly a hideously deformed zombie giant is going to do alone with a hateful sociopathic fanatic," wrote Sapochnik in an email.
