Where did Cersei's crown come from?

Cersei becomes Queen of the Seven Kingdoms in the finale, but whose crown is she wearing? Was that one custom made for her or does it belong to someone else?

"Game of Thrones" costume designer Michele Clapton told Vulture she designed the crown to represent her isolation and "mental disentangling" from her family.

There is no reference to [her late husband, Robert] Baratheon; there is no need anymore," Clapton explained. "She doesn't have to try and prove a link. The center of the crown is the lion sigil abstracted — its mane represents the Iron Throne, her desire. She has made it her own — she is reborn."
