oh yikes ... i would buy it for one dollar, since modernization and renovation would cost millions ...

...its historical building. You can't do damn sh#t with it even if you need simple repair. No one who knows anything about real estate will ever touch that museum for any price. You bough it you married it until death or bankruptcy will do you apart.
