Scientists have recently released evidence that massive tsunamis may have rocked the Martian landscape some 3.4 billion years ago. This discovery blew the minds of many in the space community; the researchers think that two meteor strikes caused huge tidal waves that could have been up to 50 m (165 ft) high.
