Doctor Joseph Roncaioli and his wife Ibi were already loaded when they won the lottery for $5 million. They were known as a happy elderly couple to their neighbors. However, their supposed happy lifestyle changed when Joseph discovered Ibi had given away the $5 million to a secret son and spent their entire life savings. Already living an unhealthy lifestyle, Joseph stuck Ibi with a poison needle, killing her.
