This one's such a small difference, you'd miss if it you blinked: Bran sees a three-eyed "crow" in the "Song of Ice and Fire" book series, but in the show it's a three-eyed "raven."

This could be because the men of the Night's Watch are called "crows," and TV producers may not have wanted to mix things up.
