These photos were taken by photographer Chris Brunskill on the Three Brothers River in the Pantanal in Mato Grosso, Brazil. Even though jaguars hunt caimans quite often, these events rarely get caught on camera.

The jaguar have a benefit because most reptiles will easily get lactic acidosis when they are fighting. Crocodiles can die from it. Mammals don't get lactic acidosis so easily.
Never underestimate the power of large crowds, of stupid people.
