Despite being arrested and charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a male student, Sarah Fowlkes was all smiles for her mugshots. The Lockhart Police Department said the 27-year-old high school science teacher was engaged in a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student at Lockhart High School, located in Texas.
