Hu Hai is dubbed the Shanghai’s most modern grandpa, because he is actually 68 years old. The reason for him looking twice or thrice younger than that is his constant practice of yoga and meditation, moderate intake of food, vitamins and collagen drugs. But the main trick, he says, is to always feel like you're 20 and live your life accordingly.
