US photographer, Jack Long, is well known for his unique style of “splash photography” that is completely self-taught. To create these stunning bouquets, he carefully prepares water mixed with thickeners and dyes and then captures the moment that the drop falls through the air using a high speed camera. This series of flower bouquets is entitled, “Vessels and Blooms”.
Not much has changed in these “Then and Now” images…
Old photos are brought back to the spots they were first taken.
Pets and their owners share a lifetime as friends.
People recreate special moments in their lives through photos that show the passage of time.
Los Angeles photographer, Reto Kaduff, goes against the norm in his recent book, “Freckles”. His new work aims at highlighting the presence of sun spots on women’s faces in an effort to draw attention to their natural beauty. These images are not photo shopped in any way and all the freckles are authentic.
