Several months ago we’ve written about elementary school teacher Kyle Schwartz who asked her students to answer one simple question “I Wish My Teacher Knew…” Her students’ answers were cute, unexpected and heartbreaking. Her notes were widely shared on the internet and via Twitter. It inspired many other teachers to repeat the same experiment with their students. They shared their results with Kyle afterworlds who has now published a book titled "I Wish My Teacher Knew: How One Question Can Change Everything For Our Kids." This is the message that 17-year-old Andrea Sierra Salazar from Texas wanted to get across after she lost her hair due to chemotherapy. Andrea wrote on her Facebook: “This journey has taught me to love and accept myself regardless of the way I look. The hair on someone’s head doesn’t define who they are. All girls are princesses, and today I feel beautiful inside and out.” And these photos confirm her statement, she is gorgeous even without hair.
