Its owner, an American-Iranian - Fred Milani, has lived in it for 7 years but he has recently put it on sale for $9.88 million.

4-level car park collapsed in the central part of the city of Atlanta damaging more than 30 cars.
Causes of the accident will be determined later, rescuers were working the whole day “in a still-collapsing garage”.
