If you wondered Why It’s Better Not to Celebrate the New Year in China (22 pics), you are really going to be amazed at the goings on during the Chinese Festival. With the population in China it is amazing that these people ever get anywhere. Not only do they not have private transportation, for which there are insufficient roads anyway, but there public transportation systems are absolutely packed beyond belief. People are stacked like cordwood everywhere and there is absolutely no where you can go and be alone.  Few interesting situations, shot in China are waiting for you inside the post. Let's start with ecology ;)  As you can see, this guy can be easily noticed )) Well, he really should have a great personality and sense of humor… Just look at his girlfriend   This is a new set of pictures showing us what young Chinese gangsters look like. Interesting to see and it is still funny )) Watch the first part too if you haven’t seen it yet.  The artist Song Dong, one of the most inventive figures in contemporary Chinese art, has turned the contents of his mother's former home in Beijing, which was also his childhood home, into the installation titled "Waste Not. These are all everyday life objects collected by Song Dong’s mother over the span of fifty years - clothes, books, kitchen utensils, toiletries, school supplies, shopping bags, rice bowls, dolls… That’s quite unusual. I like keeping stuff too, but not that and not like that… “Waste Not” was exhibited at the New York Museum of Modern Art.  Some girls do wonders with make-up. An average or bad looking girl can transform into a beautiful girl just by using make-up and in this domain, there are no more talented girls than Chinese girls. Maybe this is some kind of special noodles with a high content of protein   I don’t know what it has been built for, but it’s big and it seems to be well done… It would be cool if it actually could transform like in movies… :))  And he’s really happy :)) More pics after the jump. I’d like to be able to do that when I’ll reach her age… well, I’d simply like to be able to do that right now…  Two types of river dolphins are presented here: The Amazon River Dolphin or Pink River Dolphin and Chinese River Dolphin which was officially declared extinct in 2008 because of the humans. Chinese River Dolphin was a freshwater dolphin found only in the Yangtze River in China. Look at these incredible creatures. It’s a shame that one of these species was driven from this planet by human activity ;(  Qian Hongyan got her legs amputated after an auto accident when she was only 3 years old. But she didn’t give up. And now she has a dream to participate and win as a swimmer in the 2012 Paralympics in London. What is interesting the thing she had before she could be provided with her prosthetic legs… The answer is after the jump.  |
