He traveled across the US to document children working in different fields for the NCLC (National Child Labor Committee) in order to promote the "rights, awareness, dignity, well-being and education of children and youth as they relate to work and working."
Norine Dworkin-McDaniel, a writer, and Jessica Ziegler, an illustrator and web developer teamed up to create these funny comics about parenting and post them on the site scienceofparenthood.com. It all started after they both had kids. Well, now we know where their inspiration comes from ;)
