Some people have some strange pets and do some even stranger things with them. In these photos, the people are walking some of the strangest pets ever as if they were their dogs. Some of these animals are even dangerous. I wonder what the neighbors think of that.
 Candy is supposed to be tasty but I don’t think the candy in these photos is all that appetizing. In fact, I think most people would find it disgusting and amusing. It certainly isn’t the kind of candy you would want your kids to eat.  They get so kind and loving when they are hungry. But when they start playing, be cautious! They can leave such a mess that you would spend a whole week clearing it up!  These photos were some of the winners of the World Press Photo competition of 2009. Over 5,000 photographers from all over the world took part in this competition. They are truly some amazing photos and represent the very best the world of photography has to offer.  The 'Tough Guy' competition is held annually in Perton, Staffordshire in which thousands of men participate and prove their strength. We showed pictures of how was going the ‘Tough Guy Race’ last year and here are some fresh pics that show you that it is not easy to get on this race and it was even tougher this time. Hold your breath and have a look.  Here are some of the best pictures of 2009. You will see only the winning entries of this competition divided in different categories such as: extreme, photojournalism, personal works, student works, commercial works, portraiture and nature. Some great photos await you inside.  A group of scientists decided to dispel the "myths" that tiger sharks are bloodthirsty predators that long for human flesh. Climbing on a huge dead whale, they began to pet tiger sharks while they were devouring the very meat of the whale. I think, if one of the scientists accidentally fell into the water, it would rather confirm the “myth” of sharks being maneaters :)  Body Revolution is a very popular competition in Russia and which aim is to get your body back in shape in only 10 weeks. So, let’s see the winners of the two previous years and also ‘before/after’ pics of the 2009 edition.  Another masterpiece of David Thorne. This time he’s messing around with a manager of his building who tries to recall him that it is prohibited to have animals in the apartment. To see David’s brilliant replies, go inside the post. Peter "Pete" Burns is an English singer-songwriter, known for his work as frontman of dance band Dead or Alive, who achieved mainstream success in 1985 with their hit single "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)". He was married twenty-five years to a woman but he’s now living with his husband Michael Simpson. Now he looks more like an old woman than a man…  Two Russian traceurs in Saint Petersburg made an incredible jump from a nine-story building (35 feet high) to land on mattresses of the five-storey building roof (22 feet high). It looks very impressive and don’t worry, the two jumps were successful. And this was not some kind of training for a movie just two guys who are passionate about Parkour. Hats off, guys!  The APA competition (Advertising Photographers of America) took place not long ago and there are a lot of excellent photos. Here are gathered the best pics of the 26 winners. It sends chills down my spine…  The Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition looks for originality and images that are creative, fresh and surprising. I think it’s the case here, those pics are truly beautiful.  These Robin Hoods consist of 1 thousand heavily armed militants that fight with current oil companies to take what belongs to them. In this region people are far beyond of a poverty limit, they don’t have electricity, tap water or any roads. And the pollution of oil industry is so high that it is impossible to fish in the water. So, the villagers want their part of financial rewards from the oil industry. One should take into consideration that Nigeria has become Africa's biggest producer of petroleum and thanks to it, the country generates 90% of its wealth.  Dolphin, sharks, whales and even birds are competing underwater for fish. It’s amazing. Take a look at the pics, they are worth it.  Those cute tiny pigs cost between £150 and £700. They only weigh 250 grams at birth and are just the size of a tea cup. 2 years later when they are fully grown, they weigh around 20-25 kg (50-60lb) and stand at around 35 cm (14in) tall. Even less for some… They can live up to 18 years and contrary to what we may think, they are very intelligent, low maintenance, quiet, very clean, have very few health issues and are easy to toilet. And last thing, “you can't get allergies from pigs as their skin is very similar to ours, and they have hair not fur.” In fact, they are the perfect pet! After all, the main heroes of their calendar are pets presented in the image of rock stars. And guess who is who.   What could make a brand new Hyundai Genesis Coupe with mileage less than 750 miles to commit suicide in such a cruel manner? (( It is not clear. We only know that the car was participating in some sort of drift-racing and at some point it caught fire. People were not hurt, but there’s one Hyundai Genesis Coupe less in this world.
