Meghan Vogel helped her compettitor Arden McMath who collapsed metres before the finish line of the 3200 finals of the Ohio High School Athletic Association state track meet; Vogel let her finish first.

The incident occurred near one apartment building in China.
Under the collapsed ground were buried 8 parked cars, happily no one was inside.

You remember the crossroad in China which was built in just 5 months? Well, here’s another one and it’s a good confirmation that a construction should not be fast but that quality should go first.
In the city of Hefei, as a result of the construction and repairs of one intersection, the ground collapsed and several cars fell under the ground.
Happily, no one was seriously hurt.

The hotel didn’t withstand the typhoon Morakot (7 pics)

The day before yesterday morning, the Morakot typhoon hit Taiwan, one of the most powerful typhoons ever to hit Asia.
On the photos, you will see a six-story hotel that collapsed into a river because of the typhoon.
People were not injured as they were evacuated from the hotel even before the typhoon started.

These small metal structures that allow efficient use of parking space, can be found in densely populated New York City.
Last week, one of such parking lots couldn’t bear the weight of cars and collapsed, forming a pile of Lexus, Land Rover and Honda Accord.
